Auction Prices LEAKED!

Thanks to many sources we now know a rough idea of who has won The Blocktagon.. It is believed that 2 two couples were left devastated. Turn away now if you would like to keep it a surprise!

L1- 1.7 Million
L2 - Unknown
L3- Unknown
L4- Unknown
L5- Lots more than Caro and Kingi

Honestly, I believe that Suzi and Vonni and Whitney and Andrew were left very upset even though various buyers advocates vowed that they would have buyers for both. Dean and Shay's reserve was 2 Mil and presumably sold well over that. Scott Cam released information during in interview on Sunday that Dean and Shay's hard work has payed off possibly hinting that Dean and Shay take out the The Blocktagon. But I guess we will have to wait and see until Wednesday. Keep Renovating Blockheads.

The Block Season 11 is titled The Blocktagon

Although rumours of the season being titled otherwise it has now been proven by me that it is now titled The Blocktagon. Jamie Platt for some unknown reasons has this ( Below) up on their website. Please discuss your thought on the title in the forum. I have also found a LinkedIn Account stating they are one of the editors.

The Block 2016 in Greville Street Prahran!!

Recently on Frank Valentic's  [Buyers Advocate on The Block] Twitter he featured a chat about The Block. He mentioned his company, Advantage Property Consulting, his outcome on The Block and a general drama wrap. Featured in his drama wrap was talk about Whitney and Andy's break up, Suzi's prize money controversy and last but not least 2016 season of The Block.  "There are rumours of The Block buying a property in Greville Street, Prahran." Funnily enough he is the only one that has heard this rumour. Given that he is a featured Buyers Advocate and Block Insider, I believe that it is safe to say that THE BLOCK IS GOING TO GREVILLE STREET!!!

Having been exploring Block sites since Fans V Faves and never being able to meet the couples involved, we were left pretty inspired, which led us to create our blog. The Block Fanatics, quickly became a hit and attracted 2000 page views within the first month of launch. The success of the blog only left us even more inspired to continue sharing with other Block fanatics like ourselves.
We continued to operate as The Block Fanatics, until roughly April 2015 when The Blockinator Blog began on what used to be The Block Fanatics website. The obsession only continued to expand as we then visited our first open for inspections at The Blocktagon.

We had never previously viewed any Block OFI for ourselves and the opportunities tha…
