How we started out...

The Blockinator Blog started back in 2014 after we first visited The Block Triple Threat. We were so excited to have visited the site on the first day of filming and were lucky enough to meet Darren and Dee, who had just come off the back of The Block Glasshouse.

Having been exploring Block sites since Fans V Faves and never being able to meet the couples involved, we were left pretty inspired, which led us to create our blog. The Block Fanatics, quickly became a hit and attracted 2000 page views within the first month of launch. The success of the blog only left us even more inspired to continue sharing with other Block fanatics like ourselves.

We continued to operate as The Block Fanatics, until roughly April 2015 when The Blockinator Blog began on what used to be The Block Fanatics website. The obsession only continued to expand as we then visited our first open for inspections at The Blocktagon.

We had never previously viewed any Block OFI for ourselves and the opportunities that came along with that were amazing. We were lucky enough photobomb Keith and Scotty on the Today Show and be featured on 9News whilst taking a selfie with Shelley. I was in Block-overdrive.

We kept reporting on The Block and Reno Rumble until April 2016 when we finally launched on Instagram as 'The Blockinator Blog'. This was the start of something so exciting and so mind-boggling that even we couldn't predict.

This was a major step for me as I am still only in my teenage years. Fast forward over one year later and we are able to say that we've developed a large follower base and helped spread our love of The Block with over 2000 other Block-addicts.

We are also able to say that we've been officially endorsed by Mr Scott Cam himself.
