Final 5 Houses Relocated on The Block Elsternwick! Before Pictures!

Today we will finally get to see the beginning of The Block Elsternwick and what it will turn out to be. We now know what all the houses look like and are desperately awaiting there arrival onto The Block. Keep reading to see all the before pics and some never before seen inside pictures!

HOUSE NO. 1

House No.1 is located on the left hand side of The Block and is the closest house to the fence. It will be the only house on The Block to have 3 Gables in the roof. The colour scheme at the moment is a light grey and white window framing but during the renovation it will be taken back to being Vivid White as will all the other houses. This house was relocated from 25 Northern Avenue, Brighton East.

HOUSE NO. 2

House 2 was recently bought in after House 1 and is the house that we know the least about. The house is white with green accents around the window framings. In its past location it would've been located at number 37 as you can see from the street numbers near the door. This house will only have 1 gable and a large roof.

HOUSE NO. 3

House 3 was the first to be moved onto The Block giving us the indication that they were relocating homes onto the flat block of land. It looks to be one of the larger sized houses though the houses are all roughly the same size. Of all the homes, we believe that this house demonstrates the most Heritage character. The house is known to be relocated from Fitzroy although the exact address is not known.

HOUSE NO. 4

House 4 hasn't yet been delivered onto site but we were sent pics of it being removed by Josh Rotsayn. [@josh.rotsayn88 on Instagram] The house was coming from 8 Ardyne Street Murrumbeena, VIC.

HOUSE NO. 5

The final house on The Block is also yet to be delivered. An anonymous source snapped the house in the final stages of relocation yesterday with the house leaving the land this morning. The home from Brunswick West had Moving Views signage present all over the house. The house is believed to be getting delivered tomorrow.

Life After The Block With Tim and Anastasia!

Well hello Blockinators, What ride was The Block! Feels like yesterday that we finished the show and what a busy time it has been since then! Tim and Anastasia scored $755K on The Block Triple Threat! Since the show wrapped up, we have continued renovating and have renovated two character homes so far. Along the journey, we have also restored 2 classic cars. We are about to begin yet another renovation, this time it's our own home... finally! Tim is now a qualified builder for renovations and extensions. This will be useful when we launch our own business, T and A Design and Construct ! Before and after of our most recent renovation! The Block 2016 in Greville Street Prahran!!

Recently on Frank Valentic's [Buyers Advocate on The Block] Twitter he featured a chat about The Block. He mentioned his company, Advantage Property Consulting, his outcome on The Block and a general drama wrap. Featured in his drama wrap was talk about Whitney and Andy's break up, Suzi's prize money controversy and last but not least 2016 season of The Block. "There are rumours of The Block buying a property in Greville Street, Prahran." Funnily enough he is the only one that has heard this rumour.
